Welcome To The UK Herbarium Webring 

My friend Sarah Head started a thread over on the Herb Society forum, basically asking for more UK herb bloggers, I thought it was a superb idea and a great way of sharing what we know about our native herbs, information on herbalism, experiences of growing and using herbs and other information. In the USA blogging about herbs is widespread and there are lots of blogs for people to share their herbal views and interests, but it seems there are very few in the UK. Whilst the US blogs are interesting to read and we can learn lots from them, the emphasise is on US plants and their native herbs, measurements and methodology, it’d be good to have the same thing happening over here, so we become as knowledgable and confident in using our native plants, as our American cousins are.

I’m hoping that other UK based herb lovers will join us blogging about herbs, and share why they love them, what they use them for and share their successes and failures, recipes and herbal dreams.
